Free worldwide shipping

All shipments will be sent using a tracked method. Once our shipping company provides us with the tracking number, we will, in turn, send you the tracking number via email. Below is the estimated delivery time to your country/region.

Estimated delivery time:

a) USA, UK, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand ~ 7 to 15 working days.

b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and all other countries ~ up to 20-30 business days.

c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa ~ 20 to 49 business days.

Important note: Please note that all the mentioned delivery timeframes are based on normal conditions. Occasionally, we face high volumes of international shipping, especially during holidays. Also, please be aware that customs in some countries may require more time for clearing and scanning incoming parcels, explaining the difference in the estimated delivery time mentioned above.

Express delivery via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, or a similar company (6–13 days):

For inquiries regarding upgrading your order to express delivery, please send us an email at info@naoprism.com right after placing your order, and we will respond with the price and an online payment invoice. Note that express delivery costs approximately $30–$50 USD per item, depending on the destination country.

Order processing times:

Please note that the order processing time needs to be added to the delivery time to get the total time needed for you to receive the order after placing it. Order processing time is 3 to 5 business days and is used for quality checking, packaging, printing transport labels, and handing it over to our shipping company for dispatch.

Order cancellations:

We won't be able to cancel orders once they begin processing. Typically, if you don't send us an email within 5 hours of placing the order, there's a high chance we won't be able to cancel it. However, write to us at info@naoprism.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

Undeliverable orders:

We are not responsible for shipments that have been rejected, left unclaimed at the local post office, or cannot be delivered due to providing incorrect name or address information when placing the order. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking and reshipping fee of 30–50% of the item's cost. Therefore, please double-check your address when placing an order. :)

Separate shipments:

If any items are missing in the received package, don't worry! Occasionally, we send orders in multiple/separate packages due to weight limitations and to expedite delivery once the product is in our warehouse. Just email us at info@naoprism.com, and we'll take care of it right away. :)

Order tracking:

Once your order is shipped, and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we will send you an email with online tracking information that you can use to track your shipment. If 6 business days have passed, and you still haven't received this email from us, simply write to us at info@naoprism.com, and we'll check it for you immediately.
